Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return or a refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or is incorrect, we cover 100% of the return and replacement costs. Email us at hola@raeshop.live with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will handle it immediately.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return a product due to change of mind, the item must be in its original packaging and unused. A return shipping and processing fee of €3.99 applies, which will be deducted from your final refund.
